Dr. Jill Marie Collins is the founder and owner of LexEnhance Aesthetics & Wellness in Lexington, Kentucky. With two decades of experience in advanced nursing, surgery, aesthetics, and wellness medicine, Dr. Collins brings a uniquely comprehensive and patient-centered approach to aesthetic care and whole-body wellness.
A dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice graduate from Duke University School of Nursing, Dr. Collins has built her career caring for complex surgical and medical patients in nationally recognized trauma centers, transplant programs, cardiovascular surgery teams, and robotic surgical programs. Her background includes specialized experience in cardiac, transplant, pediatric, plastic, robotic, and minimally invasive surgery as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA).
Before launching LexEnhance, Dr. Collins served in aesthetic and wellness medicine in Lexington, where she developed innovative patient programs focused on medical weight loss, regenerative wellness, and individualized aesthetic treatment planning. Her passion for aesthetics grew from her surgical background and her desire to help patients feel confident, healthy, and empowered from the inside out.

Inspired by her own personal experiences with healthcare and wellness, Dr. Collins founded LexEnhance Aesthetics and Wellness to create a space where patients feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their wellness journey. Her mission is to provide innovative, compassionate, and results-driven care that enhances both quality of life and self-confidence.
