Dr. David A. Rodeberg is a board-certified surgeon, academic physician, and healthcare leader who has dedicated his career to advancing patient care through innovation, multidisciplinary collaboration, and compassionate leadership. His experience serving in leadership positions within major academic medical centers, including as Medical Director of surgical services at a nationally recognized children’s hospital, has provided him with extensive expertise in strategic planning, clinical operations, quality oversight, and team development.


Throughout his career, Dr. Rodeberg has led diverse healthcare teams across institutions including the University of Kentucky, Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. These experiences have shaped his philosophy that exceptional patient outcomes are achieved through a balance of scientific rigor, individualized care, and a deep understanding of the physical and emotional aspects of wellness.
